Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s brother, Bharath Raju, died in a road accident in the outskirts of Hyderabad on Sunday. The Telugu film fraternity was in state of shock after knowing about the news of his death. The film industry mourned his demise and expressed shock at the unfortunate incident.

The accident happened on the outer ring road of Hyderabad when Bharath Raju was traveling back home from a popular hotel in Hyderabad. The car in which he was traveling was being driven by him and rammed into a stationed truck parked on the outer ring road, according to reports.

News also has it that the speed of the car was around 140 KM at the time of accident and the actor was killed on the spot after it hit the truck. The body of Bharath was mangled in the car after the front portion was completely damaged after the impact.

The funeral of Bharath was performed in Hyderabad on Sunday evening at a cemetery and many of his colleagues from the industry attended it. But Bharath’s elder brother, Ravi Teja, did not attend the last rites of the actor and that surprised many people present at the funeral.

According to reports, Ravi Teja’s staff said that the actor would not be able to see his brother being cremated and see the remains of his brother’s body. Sources also say that the actor was highly disturbed after learning about his brother’s unfortunate death.

Ravi Teja has been supporting his brother financially since Bharath hasn’t had a great run in his career in films. Bharath was involved many alcohol and drug related cases in the past and it was Ravi Teja who bailed him out most of the times, according to reports.
