AR Rahman may opt out of Chiranjeevi’s Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy?

Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s is preparing hard for his upcoming film, Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy, which is said to be based on the life of the first freedom fighter of India – Uyyalawada Narsimha Reddy. Chiranjeevi is all set to play the titular role in the film which will be directed by Surender Reddy. Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy is being produced by Chiranjeevi’s son, Ram Charan, under their home banner Konidela Productions. Besides Mega Star Chiranjeevi, Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy also features Bollywood Mega Star Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role. The music of the film is being rendered by the musical genius A.R.Rahman. However, according to latest report, A.R.Rahman may opt out of Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy for reasons unknown.

The world-renowned composer was roped in to make the film a mega venture. This project has been an ambitious one for the megastar and he wanted to leave no stone unturned in the process of its making. However, there seems to have been a small misunderstanding that has raised a conflict. In all likelihood, the composer will move out of the film,” a report in DC quoted a source.

If Rahman opts out of Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy, then the front runner for the composer might be Thaman SS who has composed the background for the motion picture of the film. Earlier, cinematographer Ravi Varman was replaced by R.Rathnavelu after the former opted because of prior commitments. With these changes, there are high chances that the shooting might get further delayed which is slated to start this month.

Besides Chiranjeevi and Amitabh Bachchan, Sye Raa Narsimha Reddy also features Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi, Kannada super star Kichchca Sudeep, Jagapathi Babu and actress Nayanthara in important roles.
