Actor Rahul aka Tyson is back in the reckoning with his upcoming film Venkatapuram. The film is gearing up for a release on May 12th 2017 and the makers have been screening the film for many industry bigwigs to promote the film. The film has been getting rave reviews and lead actor Rahul is much appreciated for his performance.
Apparently, the word of mouth has spread about Venkatapuram is spreading like fire and has gone beyond Telugu film circles. K Productions, which bought the rights of Baahubali 2 in Tamil, has signed in Rahul for their debut venture in Telugu. The film will be an adventurous drama and will have a debutant director. “The production house really liked Rahul’s performance and felt that he would fit the bill for their first outing in Telugu,” says a source close to the actor.
K productions are riding high on their back to back successes in Baahubali 2 and Dhanush‘s directorial debut Power Paandi. The production house is also producing a period film with Rana Daggubati and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles. This film will be a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu.
Actor Rahul had last tasted success in his debut film Happy Days, and since then hasn’t had much luck in his career. Venkatapuram will be his fourth film in a career span of 10 years. With Venkatapuram, Rahul will look to become a successful actor and revive his career in Tollywood.
