Bigg Boss season one had become a big hit on Telugu screen. The first season was hosted by Jr NTR and after the first successful season, the makers have geared up with the preparations of the second season. The second season is expected to be grand and better than the first season. The show, which will be telecasted on Star Maa Channel, will see Natural Star Nani as the new host of the second season. Also, the makers have changed the format of the show, which is yet to be revealed.
The preparations for the reality show have begun and a huge Bigg Boss house is being created at a studio in Hyderabad. While the first promo of the show is awaited, reports have been doing rounds that Nani is being paid less than Jr NTR.
Reportedly, Nani is being paid a remuneration of Rs.3.5 crores and the taxes on his pay would be borne by the broadcasting channel. Some reports suggest that the actor is being paid Rs 4 crore. Now, this amount is less than what Jr NTR was being paid to host the first season of the reality show. However, there’s no official confirmation on Nani’s remuneration yet.
Also, the first season saw 14 contestants and two wild card entries and the same format is expected in the season two. The first season was a 70-day format but reportedly, second season is going to be the 100-day format.
More details about the show and the contestants are awaited.
