Actors like Sayaji Shinde, Mukesh Rishi and Pradeep Rawat have become a permanent option for filmmakers in South Indian film industries as the first choice for the roles of an antagonist. And they delivered performances as per the expectations. We hardly get to see any movie which is without any of these gentlemen. They were already big-ticket actors in Bollywood by then. And this has been a continuous process.
After cementing his position in Bollywood, actor Boman Irani acted in a couple of movies in Telugu and the actor was well appreciated for his prowess. He was seen playing a grandfather in Pawan Kalyan’s Attarintiki Daaredhi and a slick politician in Ravi Teja’s Bengal Tiger. Both these movies made him a strong contender for some meaty roles in South, especially Tollywood. Recent reports suggest that Boman Irani will play the role of an antagonist in Allu Arjun’s upcoming movie with Vakkantam Vamsi.
The movie will see Allu Arjun play the role of an armed force officer and Boman play a stimulating role, as per reports.
Allu Arjun is currently working on Harish Shankar’s Duvvada Jagannadham post which he will start working on the untitled film for which the script is put down by Vakkantam Vamsi and being directed by himself. Reports are also surfacing that the female lead of this film will be Rashmika Mandanna who shot to fame with Kannada hit Kirik Party. With such an ensemble cast, this surely looks to be the most interesting project in the pipeline for both Boman Irani and Allu Arjun.
