Jr NTR aka Tarak is one of the few actors in India who has garnered such a huge following for himself at such a young age. The film released on September 21st, 2017 worldwide and premiered on September 20th, 2017 in the US. The first day collection numbers of Jai Lava Kusa are mind blowing and will only speak volumes about the kind of mass following the ‘Young Tiger’ enjoys. Jai Lava Kusa earned a mammoth INR 24 crores at the Indian box office while the just the US box office collections stands at INR 560,699 (INR 3.64 cr). Overall overseas collections of Jai Lava Kusa are yet to be updated by the distributors and the numbers are awaited for.
With just the first day bringing in such huge number of collections, experts are predicting that Jai Lava Kusa collections will only go higher over the weekend and will soon enter the 100-crore club. Jr NTR’s previous release – Janatha Garage – earned a worldwide collections of INR 134 crores making it the third highest in Telugu film industry and speculations are high that Jai Lava Kusa collections will surpass this record in no time and create new records in Jr NTR’s career.
