Director Maruthi’s Mahanubhavudu starring Sharwanand is releasing today and here are few reasons why it is a must-watch on first day

Mahanubhavudu, starring Sharwanand and Mehreen Pirzada, hit the screens today worldwide and the buzz around the film has been quite high. Directed by Maruthi, Mahanubhavudu is said to be about a young man who has an OCD for cleanliness. Maruthi’s forte has been offbeat subjects in which the protagonist deals with some challenge in life – mostly in the form of a physical drawback. Bhale Bhale Magadivoy had Nani dealing with forgetfulness while Venkatesh’s Babu Bangaram had a cop who sympathises more than required with criminals and people he deals with.

And now, Mahanubhavudu is about this young man who is obsessed with cleanliness and doesn’t even spare his love interest while kissing. Mehreen Pirzada plays the love interest of Sharwanand in Mahnubhavudu, which will be her second release after Krishnagadi Veera Prema Gaadha. Sharwanand, who seems to have learnt the knack of choosing subjects which will suit him, has been picking some interesting subjects – Run Raja Run, Express Raja and now Mahanubhavudu.

The music of Mahanubhavudu is rendered by Thaman SS which seems to have connected with a lot of fans. and Telugu movie-buffs The title song of Mahanubhavudu and ‘Kiss Me Baby’ have become the biggest hits from the album; Social media messages about the songs is a testimonial to it.

Mahanubhavudu is being produced by UV Creations who are also producing Prabhas’ upcoming film Saaho. The producers’ first film, Mirchi with Prabhas, was a blockbuster hit and made them one of the top producers in the industry.

A trademark Maruthi subject, actor Sharwanand and music by Thaman SS – these three reasons weigh enough to pull the audiences to the cinema halls on first day and the response from the first shows of Mahanubhavudu seems to give an indication that the cinema is on path to become a successful outing for the makers.
