First look: Aditi Rao Hydari , Varun Tej-starrer space adventure titled REVEALED

The first look and title of hero Varun Tej and Aditi Rao Hydari’s upcoming movie is out. The makers of the film unveiled the title of the space adventure along with the first look on the occasion of Independence Day. The film has been titled, ‘Antariksham 9000 KMPH’ and Varun is seen in the role of an astronaut in the first look. The film is being directed by Sankalp Reddy who debuted with ‘Ghazi’ which went on to win National Award.

Said to be made on a high budget, the film went on floors in the month of April. The makers of the film roped in Hollywood crew to bring the best on technical standards. The major part of the shooting has been done in Hyderabad and Bulgaria.

‘Antariksham 9000 KMPH’ is being made with high technical standards and values. This genre i.e, space backdrop is first of its kind in Telugu cinema. Speaking about the stunt designs, producer Rajeev Reddy had recently said, “It’s going to be a space film. Varun plays an astronaut. Varun and Sankalp will soon head to Kazakhstan for month-long training in zero gravity conditions. If everything goes as planned, we’re eyeing a year-end release. Most of the shooting will happen outside India. Initially, we planned to shoot in the US, but now we’ve decided to shoot in Georgia where special sets and rigs are being built. We also plan to rope in stuntmen from Hollywood.”

Aditi Rao Hydari and Lavanya Tripathi are playing the female lead roles. First Frame Entertainments banner is producing the movie along with director Krish and the theatrical release is confirmed on December 21st.
