Actress Mehreen Pirzada, who is having a great run this year in Tollywood, has a slew of films up her sleeve and will be seen in couple of Tamil films. Mehreen made her debut in Tollywood with ‘Krishna Gadi Veera Prema Gadha’ alongside Nani and was next seen in ‘Mahanubhavudu’ romancing Sharwanand. Mehreen’s latest release ‘Raja The Great’ with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja has turned out to be a hit and the actress seems to be very elated with the hat-trick of hits in her career. Mehreen is one of the few actresses in Tollywood who has multiple films lined up for release this year with already 3 hitting the screens.
“I’m very pleased with the results, but I just want to keep up the good work. I am not someone who relies on my past laurels. I only thrive on excellence. I had a great start to my career and I am thankful to the Telugu audiences who accepted me,” Mehreen was quoted as saying in a report by DC.
Speaking about what this success means to her, Mehreen says, “I come from a traditional and conservative family and my road to success hasn’t been easy. I had to slog a lot, therefore I never let success get to my head or take things for granted. I value every moment of my journey.”
Like every actor faces, Mehreen too had to go through the phase of dull moments but the ‘Phillauri’ actress says that she always believed in herself. “I was anxious since nothing substantial came to me, but I wasn’t desperate. I patiently waited for the right script and I’m glad it’s paid off now!” Mehreen added further.
