The first look of the film created immense buzz and now, the teaser is taking social media by storm. Starring Naga Chaitanya and Anu Emmanuel, the teaser of the film looks quite simple and fresh. As seen in the one-minute teaser, Anu looks quite angry and asks Naga Chaitanya to propose her. On the other hand, he reacts quite calm. Ramya Krishna is seen playing the mother of Anu. The actress plays a very powerful character. The teaser, posters have created quite an excitement around the film.

The music of Shailaja Reddy Alludu is being composed by Gopi Sunder who is on a roll in Telugu cinema with multiple films in his kitty. The cinematography of Shailaja Reddy Alludu is being handled by Nizar Shafi who has worked on Tamil film Sutta Kadhai and Telugu films like Bhale Bhale Magadivoy, Nenu Local and Mahanubhavudu.

Produced by Sithara Entertainments, Shailaja Reddy Alludu is expected to be released in next couple of months. According to the buzz in Telugu film circles, Shailaja Reddy Alludu will have trademark Maruthi humor and will be filled with hilarious episodes. Vennela Kishore would be seen playing a key role in Shailaja Reddy Alludu and is expected to bring in some humor quotient in the plot.
