Mahesh Babu begins with the shooting for his 25th film, Maharshi. The actor is leaving no stone unturned to get into the skin of the character for his film. Also, the makers are doing everything possible to in bring their best for their film. According to media reports, a huge set is being erected at the Ramoji Film City for a whopping price. The makers of Maharshi wanted to shoot the film in a village. However, they decided to create a set in the film city as it would be difficult to handle the crowd in the village.
As per a report in Deccan Chronicle, Maharshi makers are now constructing a village set that will cost a whopping Rs 8 crores. A source close to the unit of the film revealed to DC, “They have to shoot many scenes in a village with Mahesh Babu, Naresh and others, so they have erected a big village set at RFC that costs nearly Rs 8 crores. The village scenes are very important and they mostly feature Mahesh Babu and Naresh, as the story revolves around them.”
After wrapping up the shooting of the film in Hyderabad and Dehradun, the team headed to the USA for the 15-day schedule and are back to Hyderabad for the next schedule. Also starring Pooja Hegde, Vamsi Paidipally’s film is being jointly bankrolled by Dil Raju and Aswini Dutt. The film marks the foray of well-known lensman KU Mohanan, known for his work in films such as Don and Raees.
