Mahesh Babu is awaiting the release of his upcoming film Bharat Ane Nenu which is slated to be released on April 20th, 2018 worldwide. Bharat Ane Nenu will be released on a huge scale and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to ensure the film gets whatever it needs to be released on such a scale. Directed by Siva Koratala, Bharat Ane Nenu will have Mahesh Babu, for the first time, playing a Chief Minister in his career which has created a huge excitement around the film. And with release day just four days away, fans are mighty excited about the film. And while all this is happening, reports are doing rounds that Mahesh Babu may soon team up with director Sukumar who is soaking in the success of his latest release Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan.
Buzz in Telugu film circles is that Mahesh Babu and Sukumar will join hands for a film after the former wraps up his film with Vamshi Paidipally which will go on floors from June this year. Sukumar and Mahesh Babu had earlier worked on 1 Nenokkadine, which did not fare as expected by the fans and the makers. It is also being reported that the film will not be action genre, like 1 Nenokkadine, and will be a family entertainer. Sukumar is said to be working on the script of this film which is yet to be titled and finalised.
Reports also reveal that the film will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers who also produced Sukumar’s latest release Rangasthalam. Mythri Movie Makers had already produced Mahesh Babu’s one of the previous films – Srimanthudu – which was directed by Siva Koratala. If these reports were to be believed, then it will be one of the most anticipated for projects in Telugu film industry after Sukumar has delivered a blockbuster after a long time.
