During a recent interaction with a leading daily, actor Sundeep Kishan opened up about his ‘Nakshatram’ and said that it is one of the biggest projects of his life. He went on to add that he is a big admirer of Krishna Vamsi and really enjoyed working with him.
“I never really had a conventional launch, so I had to work my way up doing whatever I could. Nakshtram is a big film for me as I am working with a director like Krishna Vamsi sir, who is also one of my favourites,” he added.
Moreover, the actor—who plays the role of a cop in the film– stressed that he put in a lot of effort in order to get into the skin of his character. Elaborating on this, he quipped that he actually spent a few days at a police station in order to understand the kind of Body language a cop is supposed to exhibit.
“I sat for three to four days at the Madhapur police station to observe the cop’s body language and attitude. I observed how they sit and speak with people. I also interacted with Vamsi sir before the shoot. He told me the entire back story of the character so that I could understand it better,” he added.
Well, we hope that Sundeep’s efforts pay off and ‘Nakshatram’ does well at the BO. In case you did not know, the film is touted to be an action-drama and also features Regina Cassandra in the lead.
