While Shahid Kapoor is quite excited to step into the shoes of Vijay Deverakonda, director Sandeep Vanga has geared up with the pre-production for the Hindi remake.

Talking Deccan Chronicle, about how much he is excited about the film, director Sandeep Vanga recently said, “I am really excited and looking forward to shooting the film. However, the Hindi version is not just a remake, but it’ll be more like revisiting my own script.”

“The original plot is about a Telugu boy and a Tulu girl, but since the film will be made in Hindi, the story will be having a different cultural background that has a pan-Indian appeal. We are still working on fine-tuning the script,” he further added.

The shooting of the film is expected to go on floors in June.
