Priyadarshi aka Kaushik of Pellichoopulu shot to fame with his acting ability and terrific comic timing in the film. Priyadarshi became a sensation overnight after the release of Pellichoopulu, at least perceived by people. But it is a lesser known fact that the actor has had his own share of struggles and hurdles to get to where he is today. After having pursued Mass Communication from the prestigious Hyderabad University, Priyadarshi appeared in many short films which laid the path for him to get to the feature film arena.
After Pellichoopulu, Priyadarshi is now a household name in the Telugu speaking states. And as they say, an artist is not limited to a region, religion or language, Priyadarshi also seems to be believing the same thing. The actor has now bagged a role in a bilingual film which also features Premam actress Sai Pallavi and Naga Shaourya in the lead roles. The film is titled Karu and is directed by popular filmmaker A L Vijay.
Taking to his social networking page, the actor posted a message which read – “Reinventing myself in a very interesting script with a stellar cast and team. Much love to my brother #DirectorVijay and @RJ_Balaji #Karu.”

Priyadarshi is also part of Mahesh Babu’s SPYder which is currently being shot in Chennai. The actor’s struggle to be able to do some good work seems to have paid off now. Even before Karu, Priyadarshi has appeared in the Malayalam film titled Take Off which starred Fahadh Faasil.
Way to go Kaushik aka Priyadarshi.
