Power Star Pawan Kalyan has been vocal in terms of expressing his views about the political status in the Telugu states and the Central Govt’s attitude towards Southern states. The actor has time and again voiced out that the govt should not forget the Southern states and recognise them for their contributions. And this time the actor was irate at a panel of the parliament regarding their recommendations.
Pawan Kalyan posted a message on his social networking page that the disparity between North and South India must be eradicated. The reaction from the Power Star came after a parliamentary panel recommended that dignitaries should address their speeches in Hindi only. The actor posted, “North Indian political leadership should understand & respect the cultural diversity of our Country.“
Pawan Kalyan also hinted that this disparity might lead to protests in the country. “If centre doesn’t respect the Sub-National identity in a countrylike ours; which is known for its cultural, linguistic and ethnic diversity then.. they are creating a fertile breeding grounds for separatist movements,” the actor said.
