Rana Daggubati’s upcoming film, Nene Raju Nene Mantri, became the first feature film to have a motion poster with 3D Augmented Reality technology. The posters of the film can be accessed via an App launched by the makers recently which has now become a rage amongst fans of Rana Daggubati. Baahubali director SS Rajamouli too tried his hands at this technology got few photos clicked with the virtual characters of Nene Raju Nene Mantri – Jogendra and Radha.
Now, the latest celebrity to try his hands at this new and exciting feature is Baahubali actor Prabhas. Ranada Daggubati and Prabhas were spotted recently trying their hands at the 3D Augmented reality posters of Nene Raju Nene Mantri. Rana clicked few photos of Prabhas with the virtual characters from his upcoming film and pictures from that event are too good.
Nene Raju Nene Mantri is being directed by Teja and also features Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead role. Rana Daggubati plays an aspiring and fierce politician in Nene Raju Nene Mantri who aims at becoming the Chief Minister one day. The cast also includes Catherine Tresa, Ashutosh Rana and Navdeep who play some pivotal roles in the film.
The makers opted to promote Nene Raju Nene Mantri in a new way by adopting the 3D Augmented Reality which will be the first time for a feature film in India. Nene Raju Nene Mantri will be the first film to use 3D Augmented Reality Motion Poster for the lead characters – Jogendra and Radha – in the world of cinema. The AR experience can be experienced through downloadable ‘Appstar’ an android and iOS app on your smartphones.
