If you are a fan of the much-loved Prabhas then we have some wonderful news in store for you. In an exciting development, his critically acclaimed ‘Baahubali 2’ will be the opening film at the Moscow International Film Festival 2017. Confirming this, director SS Rajamouli said that he was truly ‘proud’ of what his film had achieved.

“Very excited to be in Russia for Moscow international film festival. Proud that #Baahubali2 is selected as the opening film,” he added.

Well, we truly are proud of Rajamouli’s latest achievement and hope that his magnum opus continues to win hearts all over the word.

Interestingly, a few days ago,‘Baahubali 2’ was screened in Romania and received a standing ovation from those in attendance. As such, it can safely be said that this epic-drama is a global phenomenon in the truest sense.

In case you did not know, ‘Baahubali 2’ hit screens last month and set the box office on fire while receiving rave reviews along the way. A sequel to the 2015 release ‘Baahubali’, it featured Prabhas in a double role and revolved around the rivalry between two brothers over an ancient kingdom.

Boasting of some stunning visuals, it featured Rana Daggubati as the heatless antagonist. The supporting cast included names such as Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan and Nassar.

On a related note, Prabhas and Rana have already moved on to their next projects. Rana is currently gearing up for the release of ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’. On the other hand, T-town’s resident ‘Darling’ is currently shooting for ‘Sahoo’.
