During a recent chat with NIE, Ravi Teja—who is gearing up for the release of ‘Raja The Great’– said that he does not let success/failure affect him too much. The superstar went on to add that he relies on his instincts while choosing scripts and does not let anything else affect his decision making.
“I’m always immune to success and failure. I don’t take anything seriously. I go by my gut feeling and if I like a script, I will definitely do it. I don’t let any other reasons influence me or my decisions. If you try to cheat, you are only cheating yourself and letting yourself down,” he added.
The ‘Mass Maharaja’ will be playing the role of a visually-impaired man in ‘Raja The Great’. And, needless to say, fans are curious to see if he is able to do justice to the film. Taking about how he tried to get into the skin of the character, he said that he did not do any homework and simply trusted director Anil Ravipudi’s instincts.
“I didn’t do any homework and all I did was to follow my director’s conviction and my personal observation. We can’t say how visually challenged people behave, react to a situation and their surroundings. I realised that they are more powerful than us. So, I tried to give my own interpretation,” added Ravi Teja.
Well, we wish him the very best and hope that ‘Raja The Great’—which also has Mehreen Pirzada in the lead—does well at the box office. So, will you be watching RTG tomorrow? Comments, please!
