Ever since SS Rajamouli announced his next film, tentatively titled ‘RRR’, with stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR together, the fans can’t keep calm. The film will see two actors sharing the same screen space for the first time and this is one of the highlights of the film. Since its announcement, movie buffs have been guessing the film’s genre, budget and the cast. Now according to the latest reports, the film has been postponed for some creative reasons. The film was expected to go on floors from October. However, it has been postponed now. Apparently, Rajamouli isn’t happy with the film’s script and is going through some modifications.
Reportedly, the makers are yet to lock the script and this will take some time for the film to go floors. Rajamouli’s father Vijayendra Prasad is one of the writers working on the script. Meanwhile, the makers have geared up to cast the female lead for the big-budget film.
Earlier, it was reported, RRR would be a remake of Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s 1995 film Karan Arjun. Putting an end to these rumours, producer DVV Danayya, in a recent interview to a daily, stated, “These stories are completely untrue. It’s too early to reveal anything, and a clear picture will emerge in a month’s time.”
Talking about the shoot, “The regular shooting will commence in October and we are planning to release the film in summer 2020. Except for Charan and NTR, we haven’t finalised the actors for the other characters.”
RRR is one of the big films that the audience is excited about. The shooting of the film will soon go on floors. Ram Charan and Jr NTR will be sharing the screen space is the highlight. Meanwhile, names of Samantha, Alia Bhatt, Keerthy Suresh and a few more names have been doing rounds for the female lead role. However, none has been confirmed yet.
In the meantime, Ram Charan Teja and Jr NTR are busy with their respective projects.
