Actor Rajasekhar hasn’t had a great run lately with many of his films not doing well. The actor will be next seen in action-thriller PSV Garuda Vega which is directed by National Award winning director Praven Sattaru. Actor Rajasekhar will be seen playing an NIA officer of the counter terrorism unit in PSV Garuda Vega. Besides Rajasekhar, PSV Garuda Vega also stars Pooja Kumar, Shraddha Das, Adith Arun and Kishore in important roles. Rajasekhar says that he worked hard for his role in the film and worked out to get in shape for the character of an armed force officer.

They sent a coach to make me fit and lean, smart. At the time I was ready to go to the sets I had a heart attack because I was going overboard on exercise and I was smoking too. I had stopped smoking earlier but resumed during the making of Gaddam Gang again. People around me said Garuda Vega should be postponed by three months but I sought just ten days to be back at work,” Rajasekhar was quoted as saying by TOI.

Rajasekhar has performed many stunts in PSV Garuda Vega by himself and seems quite kicked about it. “I worked as hard for the film as I did for my first project. I did everything — chasing, car racing, under water swimming! I know people will say that it is a cliched statement, so I will speak after the film releases and you will know what I meant. It was both physical and psychological pressure to give my best,” Rajasekhar added further.
