Few months ago, there were reports doing rounds that Nandamuri Balakrishna will be acting in the biopic of his father and actor-politician Late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao but none of those reports were confirmed. Rumours were rife that Balakrishna was keen to play his father’s role in the biopic which will be go on floors in 2018 but none of them confirmed by the actor. Going by the recent reports, the biopic on NTR might be on and Balakrishna will indeed play the role of his father in it.

Reports are emerging that the outspoken filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma will direct the biopic on NTR and will have Nandamuri Balakrishna play his father in it. Apparently, social media is abuzz with news that Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV has confirmed this project and will start work on this prodigious project soon.

Ram Gopal Varma last directed Vangaveeti in Telugu which was a political thriller based on stories of politicos in Vijayawada. RGV had said during the promotions of Vangaveeti that it will be his last film in Telugu and will not make another film after Vangaveeti in Telugu.

News about RGV directing the biopic on legendary actor NTR comes in as both surprising and exciting piece of news since it involves the controversial filmmaker. When made, this biopic on NTR will be most watched out for in Telugu cinema because anything that involves RGV makes it an exciting for his fans and followers.

Further details about this biopic on NTR to be directed by RGV are yet to be revealed.

    RamaRao community people will watch it to make it a hit otherwise it will be a flop film. Caste and community politics are too much in Andhra and southern regions.
