Well, the film has already created a buzz amongst movie buffs and could turn out to be a major release of the season. It also has young actor Myra Sareen in the lead. In 1989, RGV and Nagarjuna had redefined the tenets of Telugu cinema with Shiva and left fans asking for more. As such, the audience is bound to have high expectations from this one as well.

The makers of the film recently released the teaser which sees the actor as the ruthless cop. Watch the teaser here, in case if you missed it:

While announcing Officer, RGV had said, “I am extremely excited that I am doing a film with Nagarjuna after nearly 25 years but contrary to some uninformed media speculations, this new film is nothing to do with Shiva, neither in character nor in story content. It’s a very different but an extremely realistic action film set against a story such as neither me nor Nagarjuna has ever done before.”
