Noted director Surender Reddy’s latest directorial venture ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ is arguably one of the biggest releases in recent times. The film has already created quite a buzz amongst movie buffs as it features a stellar cast headlined by megastar Chiranjeevi and ‘Lady Superstar’ Nayanthara. Moreover, it has grabbed plenty of attention thanks to its terrific poster—which was released on the megastar’s birthday.
Now, it seems that the buzz surrounding the film is set to get a shot in the arm. According to a leading daily, Bhojpuri star Ravi Kishan has been roped in to play a pivotal role in ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. Confirming this, a source said that Ravi—who has played the antagonist in films like ‘Kick 2’—accepted the director’s offer in no time .The source went on to add that the working with Chiru will be a major moment in Ravi’s career.
“Ravi Kishan is playing an important role. The director is confident about him and has given him a good character. Ravi Kishan has always been full of gratitude for Surender Reddy, so he accepted the film immediately without even asking anything. It’s a big project and more than that, acting opposite Chiranjeevi is a big opportunity for Ravi Kishan,” added the source.
Well, we are happy for Ravi and hope that he does full justice to his role in ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’. On a related note, this is a busy time for Ravi. At present, he has ‘Sketch’ in his kitty. It will be the first Tamil film of his career.
