After treating his fans with a film like Raja the Great, Ravi Teja seems to have disappointed his audience with recently released film Nela Ticket. His last release ‘Touch Chesi Choodu’ was also an average performer at the Box Office. Also, director Kalyan Krishna has scored two hits in a row and with this, he had only hopes to complete the hat-trick with Nela Ticket. But to much disappointment, Nela Ticket, which stars actress Malavika Sharma in the female lead, has received mixed reviews. The film has witnessed a disappointing start at the Box Office.
According to reports, the film earned only $32k in the US during its premiere on Thursday. The film is receiving poor reviews from critics and audience alike and this has definitely reflected Box Office collection. In the past, Ravi Teja’s Touch Chesi Chudu and Raja the Great collected $ 81K and $ 135K respectively on their premier day. The film has emerged as a poor opener at the box office this week in India as well. It remains to see how the film continues to fare at the Box Office in the coming days.
The makers of the film had left no stone unturned for the promotions of the film. Power star Pawan Kalyan had also been a part of the film’s promotion. The actor visited the audio launch of the film and interestingly, the same footage of Pawan Kalyan from the event has been used at the end credits of the film.
