Sai Pallavi looks regal in Fidaa motion poster

Malayalam actress Sai Pallavi is making her debut in Telugu with Fidaa, which features Varun Tej as the other lead. The film is written and directed by Sekhar Kammula who is known for choosing subtle subjects. The project is being bankrolled by Dil Raju, who is also producing Sai Pallavi’s second film in Telugu titled MCA. MCA has Nani as the other lead.

Fidaa is touted to be a romantic entertainer, set in a town in Telangana. The story revolves around a girl from Telangana and an NRI, played by Varun Tej. Today being Sai Pallavi’s birthday, the makers released a motion poster of Fidaa and the actress looks ethereal in it. She seems to be at ease in front of the camera and get into the skin of any character with ease.

Sai Pallavi, popular for her role as Malar in Malayalam blockbuster Premam, is already in high demand in all the South Indian film industries, specially in Telugu. Besides Fidaa and MCA in Telugu, the actress is in discussions with few Tamil filmmakers and an announcement will soon be made.

Varun Tej, on the other hand, needs a success in his career very badly since his last two movies have tanked at the box office. He worked in Loafer which was directed by Puri Jagannadh. Loafer didn’t do well and made Varun Tej wait for some more time before success came to him. Post Loafer, Varun acted in Mister, directed by Srinu Vytla, and this one also did not do well and added to the list of his flops. Varun has loads of expectations on Fidaa and going by Sekhar Kammula’s record, Fidaa should turn out to be a game changer for Varun Tej.

Nice poster but why is it being described in the title of the post as regal. Maybe look up regal in the dictionary..or at least justify how the poster looks regal.
