A captain of a sports team is only as good as his players are. And the same logic applies to any other professions as well, including film-making. Now, if the results aren’t endearing and are causing huge losses, one can only strategize all over again and come up with a new mantra for success. But quitting it for good might not be a wise option. And more so if you have produced some splendid work in the past. This is exactly what’s happening to a famous producer in Telugu film industry.
Recent reports have created a rumour that Varun Tej starrer Mister producer Nallamalapu Bujji, who produced hit movies like Race Gurram in the past, has decided not to produce films in association with any other producer going forward. Reports reveal that since he has had consecutive disasters in the form of Mister and Winner, both heroes from the Mega Compound, Bujji has decided to call it quits doing joint ventures. Varun Tej’s Mister and Sai Dharam Tej’s Winner, jointly produced by Bujji and Tagore Madhu bombed at the box office and resulted in huge losses for both these experienced producers. Tagore Madhu has a monumental film with Mahesh Babu, SPYder, coming up but Bujji has nothing in hand currently. Without any chaos, the financiers have amicably parted ways and will independently produce films going forward.
Tagore Madhu has produced successful films in the past like Yuva in Telugu, Ghajini in Hindi and is currently working on Mahesh Babu’s SPYder.
