Seasoned actor Prakash Raj also plays an important role in the film but it isn’t clear yet if he plays the antagonist. The music of the film is by Chirantan Bhatt who had composed songs for Gautamiputra Satakarni and Kanche, both directed by Krish. He pays attention to even the minutest of details; he keeps in mind what should come before a particular shot and what should come after. With his kind of experience, he can actually relax on the set. But, he is always seen working, looking at every scene with different point of views. Despite his stature, he is so humble.”
Balakrishna is also caught up with the production of the biopic on his father and legendary actor NTR which will be directed by Teja. The pre-production works of the film is currently under way and the script is being written. Balakrishna will also play the role of his father in the biopic which he confirmed recently. On the other hand, Nayanthara has a Tamil film – Velaikkaran – lined up for release today, December 22, 2017, which also stars Sivakarthikeyan in the other lead role. The film is directed by Mohan Raja who had directed films like Thani Oruvan. Velaikkaran has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander and the music album has been reciving overwhelming response from all around.
Speaking at the audio launch of ‘Velaikkaran’, lead actor Sivakarthikeyan had said,”After working in Velaikkaran, I feel more responsible. I’ve worked in a television commercial once. I promise now that I won’t endorse any brands henceforth in my career. There’s an emotional sequence in the story, which has led me to this decision. I’m not at liberty to talk about the scene now. But, it left an indelible mark on me.”
