Actor Sharwanand’s last four movies, which are Express Raja, Shatamanam Bhavati, Rajadhi Raja, and Malli Malli Idhi Raani Roju, have all been successful outings for him. Few have been commercially hit and few received rave reviews. Shatamanam Bhavati was a stupendous success for Sharwanand because it won the National Award.
Sharwanand is known for picking offbeat stories and yet maintaining commercial elements in them. His career graph took an upturn with Run Raja Run in 2014, which was directed by debutant Sujeeth. All his next films were different from each other and successful ones.
Sharwanand’s Radha released today worldwide and critics are ballyhoo about the film. Post the premier of the film, the media coterie gave the film a thumbs-up. As per the reviews and public response, the film seems to be a common story but presented it in a different modus vivendi, which is the USP of Sharwanand.
Sharwanand plays a cop in the film and has an idiosyncratic way of dealing with situations in his life. Sharwa, as he is fondly called, has raised the bar with his performance and is only getting better with each film. Lavanya Tripathi plays the female lead and plays her part with ease.
The apex element of Radha is Sharwanand. His slapstick comedy and hilarity will keep you occupied throughout. When the story transposes to intense mode, Sharwanand plays it with ease.
Radha is a hooley if you are an admirer of Sharwanand’s acting. The film will not make you feel punched out at any stage and will keep you entertaining at regular intervals.
